Trout Tartare with Burnt Butter & Pistachios

This was a delicious dish of lovely fresh trout enhanced with lemony marinated shallots ( I used red onion) cumin, tarragon, pistachios & finally the burnt butter. Can be prepared quickly & looks impressive. Lovely on a summer's day as a starter or as a main served with other salads.
