Fig & Thyme Clafoutis

I had to wait until figs were in season & now they are so my last dish from the book is now cooked. Not a great photo but it did taste delicious. The batter is light & crisp. I served it with vanilla ice cream. If you have a fig tree, they all ripen at once so I imagine this would be a recipe you'd want in your repertoire.
