Charred Prawn, Sweetcorn & Tomato Salad

So easy to prepare & looks & tastes great. Hardest part was peeling the prawns (actually got someone else to do that part). A great dish as part of a BBQ. Very positive response, especially we liked the sriracha, lime & ginger flavoured dressing. The dressing could easily be used on all sorts of salads. Substitute prawns for other kinds of fish, chicken, tofu or haloumi & it is a flexible recipe. I'll be making this again.
