Upon request, I've picked my top 6 dishes so far. I've picked from different chapters of the book to give a range of recipes. It's a fun project & my friends & family are the happy recipients. So far only few ingredients have been difficult to find (Urfa chilli flakes) or are out of season now (figs). I'm also lucky to have a good garden as so many of the Ottolenghi's recipes have fresh herbs.
