Tomatoes with Sumac Onions & Pine nuts.

So simple & delicious, especially with a variety of tomatoes & basil from the garden. You just need to remember to marinate the onion 30 mins beforehand. Which, I admit, I forgot but it was still delicious. I used red onion, as you can see in the photo. Served with pea fritters as a wonderful Sunday summer night's dinner.
