Plenty of silver beet in the garden so this was a good choice for a winter dinner as it was warm & hearty. I usually cook silver beet (chard) quite quickly but this dish cooks it in the tomato sauce for 20 mins. The best thing about this dish are the toasted almonds on the top which make for a nice crunch & interesting topping to the chard. I served this with Tomatoes with Yoghurt & some flat bread.
