Thai Sticky Rice with Crispy Ginger, Chilli & Peanuts

I have to admit I have never cooked sticky rice but it was easy, just like any other absorption method recipe. This one has a topping of ginger, garlic, chilli, coriander, sesame seeds & peanuts that is added after the rice is cooked. The touch of lime juice made it delicious. Would be great with a Thai style curry.
