Sweet & Salty Cheesecake with Cherries

A deconstructed cheesecake which uses feta to add an interesting & unexpected slightly salty element. Simple to make the 3 parts beforehand: cheesecake, cherries & crumble, then arrange just before serving. I picked this as a dessert after a BBQ as it was quick to assemble & could accommodate special food needs & desires by omitting elements. Those who want dessert with the lot can have it all!
