Yes, we had this with BBQ sausages & it was yummy! A new way to serve sweet potato with a tangy twist. Did not have time to bake them so I did them in the microwave for 5-7 mins to cook. Worked fine & was simple, which, after all is what this book is all about. Isn't it?
