Smoked Fish & Parsnip Cakes

I'm not a huge fan of parsnip but I'm not sure you can taste it in these fish cakes. I used smoked trout. Served with a green salad with harissa potato skins & the okra dish. Kinda dull flavour. Ottolenghi suggests serving with a horseradish sauce, this might have made them more interesting. Not a dish I'd make again.
