A simple, delicious recipe. What I particularly like about it as that the beans can be served warm or a room temperature as a kind of salad dish, so very flexible depending on what else you are serving it with, time of year or if you want to be organised or not.
Great use of spices to add that extra zing- in this case, it's hot paprika, nutmeg & cumin. BTW- As photo shows, I do not peel tomatoes, taste unaffected.
