Slow- Cooked Chicken with a Crisp Corn Crust

Fabulous! So easy & delicious. Slow cooking meant starting to cook the meal a few hours while before we planned to eat. But it does cook itself easily on the stove & then in the oven. Loved the addition of chocolate. I also decided to add some kidney beans ( canned ie P). The corn crust reminds me of Chilean dish "Pastel del Choclo" although this crust is super light due to the beaten egg whites.

Serves with a salad makes a lovely meal.
