This is the kind of recipe that got my hooked on Yotam Ottolenghi. Simple use of an interesting mix of ingredients to produce a delicious dish. I was excited to find seaweed spaghetti in my local deli. The dressing is a mix of Asian (mirin, rice wine vinegar) European ( Dijon mustard) and Middle Eastern (Tahini). Yum!
