Scrambled Harissa Tofu

This is a fabulous vegan dish which would be good for breakfast, lunch or dinner. We had it for lunch with sourdough toast & poached eggs. So easy, just caramelise the onions, add the harissa & tofu. Simple. The side salad of cucumber & avocado is a delicious, light addition.
