This was so interesting, I've never roasted cabbage before, A great idea & one that could easily be adapted with other flavourings. This one has the combo of lemons, garlic, the aniseed of fresh tarragon ( thankfully I have a great herb garden, otherwise these recipes would not be so simple) & pecorino ( well I substituted grated Parmesan). It had a delicious crunchy texture & went really well with the roast chicken with cranberry stuffing.
