These a pretty straight forward to make. A tomato based sauce then the meatballs which I decided not to brown before I put them into the sauce to save time. It's meant to be simple so I made it even more so & my delighted guests did not complain. The addition of ricotta makes these meatballs deliciously light. Served with a lentil dish & a green salad, they were a treat. I'd make them again. Good winter comfort dish.
