I've never cooked okra before as I've always found them slimy & have never liked them. I only bought 1/5 of the amount suggested.This dish has changed my mind. The okra was crunchy & the dressing delicious & easy to prepare. I'm a convert & can imagine many variations on this roasted okra theme. Bonus- my photo is better than the one in the book ( think it's the bowl!)
