Portobello Mushrooms with Brioche & a Poached Egg

p. 10-11

Really just poached egg & mushrooms on toast. The brioche adds a different texture to my regular sourdough. Baking the mushrooms was another way of cooking them, rather than frying. Cinnamon in the mushrooms is a nice touch.
