Pizza Bianca

I thought it might be too hot to make this but discovered that of course, the dough took no time at all to rise on a warm day. No sage or marscapone to be found so we made do with potatoes & cream cheese. Plus noone wanted anchovies so have I really made this? Still tasted good! Maybe I will revisit later in the year.

It made a great lunch whilst we watch the Doctor Who New Year Special!
