Orzo with Prawns, Tomato and Marinated Feta

This would have to be one of my favourite mains I've cooked so far from Simple. Easy to prepare & delicious to eat. The most difficult thing was peeling the prawns. The recipe says 250g orzo (rice shaped pasta) to feed 4 people but this dish is so delicious I feed 2 for dinner with a bit left over for lunch the next day. I imagine you could also use rice instead of pasta. The flavour is really enhanced by the fennel seeds and fresh basil from the garden. I had some left over feta (which I used in a salad) so next time I would not use the full amount of 200g suggested in the recipe.
