If you've got a sweet tooth, you will love these! Especially if you are a Nutella fan. The dough did not rise in quite the way it was supposed to ( ie did not double in size ) The yeast was fine as I decided to make bread at the same time & that dough took off. Nevertheless I decided to keep going with recipe as the nutella mix was ready to go & the oven prepped. The dough did not roll out as much as I would have liked so I only got 8. The filling is so gooood! A delicious mix of soft chocolate from the nutella with crunch from the sesame seeds & hazelnuts with the highlight of orange from the zest. This last ingredient really made these exceptional. A great treat to make on a winter's day if you have guests coming - they are impressive, although they are a lot of work for only 8-10 rolls. I would consider making double the recipe &/or making other yeast product at the same time. These still tasted fresh the next day.
