We made this delicious, spicier take on traditional cauliflower cheese to go with a BBQ one night. Loved the mustard flavour which goes really well with cauliflower (which in my experience can be a bit bland depending on how & what it's cooked with) as well as the cheese. It also used up the last of the cream we bought to make the raspberry no churn ice cream which made a great light dessert to go with the rather heavier (but still yummy) vegetable side for the sausages on the barbie. Probably not the most summery of vegetables on a summer night. Nevertheless it would be a wonderful meal on its own or perhaps with a leafy green accompaniment for a vego meal, especially in winter.
