Mushrooms with Chestnuts & Za'atar.

I liked this dish, even though preparing the chestnuts was a bit tricky& not "simple"
(couldn't easily find cooked & peeled ones so I did it myself). Tastes of autumn. Would be great with chicken. We had it with fish. Lemon & za'atar finish are lovely.
