Look kinda boring but tasted delicious. Quite easy, just mix the filling: minced lamb with tahini, garlic, spices & an ingredient I love- pomegranate molasses. Then spoon into tortillas & cook in a pan for a few minutes. You could easily have the filling prepared & ready to go for a very quick meal. Lovely dish to have with some sides such as leafy green salad or the "Simple" dish I chose was Butternut Squash with Sweetcorn salsa, feta & pumpkin seeds. Ottolenghi's suggestion of serving this dish with a sumac & yoghurt sauce worked very well.
