Lamb and Pistachio Patties with Sumac Yoghurt Sauce

These patties did end up looking a little meatbally but they were delicious. Especially interesting was the addition of unexpected (to the family) pistachio pieces. We made a simple rocket salad to accompany this dish. The sauce was so easy and could be used with other meat dishes or even roast veggies. Does indeed meet Ottolenghi criteria- SIML.
