Jacket Potato with Egg & Tonnato Sauce

An easy lunch dish, I had baked the potato previously, it was easily microwaved to reheat. I made the sauce whilst the egg was boiling. A healthy delicious simple meal which could be enhanced with a green or tomato salad .
