If you are growing herbs in your garden, then this recipe is a great way to use several of them together in an easily prepared treat. I used basil, coriander, parsley, thyme & tarragon. Replacing walnuts were pistachios. This would work for brunch, lunch or dinner with salad, a dip & pita. I liked the way you can make them ahead & have them either hot or at room temperature.
