Friends were impressed at this moist, fruity cake we had as a dessert. You can't really see the fruit on the top when it's baked so they come as a delicious delight when eating it. A lovely light (ish) summer cake/ dessert when peaches & raspberries are in season. I actually used frozen berries. Not hard to make at all, mine cooked quicker than the recipe so keep an eye on it when it's in the oven.
