What I liked about this dish the most was the sauce. Tomato & char grilled capsicum based but the key fabulous & unexpected ingredient was preserved lemon which gave it a delicious tang. I'm not a big steak eater so the amount here (600g) was perfect for 3 of us. Served ( as suggested) with oven- roasted chips with oregano & feta and Roasted Asparagus with Almonds, Capers & Dill. I would use the sauce again with other kinds of meats or even with a vego options such as lentils, chick peas, burghul, brown rice, quinoa or even potato.
