Grilled Lamb Fillet with Almonds & Orange Blossom

Typical Ottolenghi- marinate the meat in some interesting way, then cook. Serve with marinade & char grilled veggies. This marinade has orange blossom water, honey, thyme, lemon, garlic & later you add toasted almonds. Mint is scattered on top at the end. Red peppers as the accomopanying vegetable. Quite easy to preapre, just requires a little work before the meal. Looked & tasted delicious.

I served this with potatoes, kale & a tomato salad.
