Grilled Beef Tomatoes with Chilli, Garlic & Ginger

No beef tomatoes in the garden so I went with cherry tomatoes instead. A delicious accompaniment to a chicken main, using the bottom of the oven whilst the main was cooking. Easy to prepare & adds a touch of spice.
