Fried Broccoli & Kale with Garlic, Cumin and Lime

A very simple dish to create. I used silver beet instead of kale as there's lots of it in the garden at the moment. What did I learn from cooking this dish? Blanching broccoli before stir frying is a good technique. A touch of lime juice adds a delicious citrus touch.
