These were very easy, just put all the fishcake ingredients in the food processor & mix. The flavour of the lime, cumin & coriander goes very well with the fish. Then quick & easy to cook. The spiced yoghurt was a delicious topping. Confession- I don't like mango so it was just as well there were none to be had. This recipe claims to serve 4 but I found it a bit light on so made some Mexican style beans & guacamole to go with it.
