Cucumber & Lamb's Lettuce Salad

Loved this salad, so easy but unusual with a dressing of yoghurt, lemon, ginger & garlic. I used cos lettuce. Delicious! No oil means is a good low calorie option too. Went well with the overall meal, with rice & meatballs.
