Couscous, Cherry Tomato and Herb Salad

Served with Stuffed Zucchini (Courgettes) for a delicious summer meal. Plenty of herbs in the garden made me want to prepare this as well as finding the packet of ras el hanout I had not yet opened. Didn't have cherry tomatoes, so used regular, as you can see. Still good. The sultanas are a sweet touch & almonds add crunch.
