Chilli Fish with Tahini

With still lots of tomatoes in the garden & a warm summer's day, this fish dish seemed like the thing to cook. I served it with steamed jasmine rice & a green salad. What I love about this recipe is the interesting mix of caraway, chilli & garlic which combined with the tomatoes and tahini topping, makes for a delicious & simple to prepare main. On my fishmonger's advice I used monkfish which was thick and held its shape.
