As a big fan of the gazpacho, I love a chilled soup. especially on a hot summer's day. This one appealed as the recipe did look simple & indeed it was. The fried almonds add a delicious nutty crunch to a cool as a cucumber liquid fused with ginger & chunks of cooked cauliflower. I'd cook the cauli a bit longer so it was soft rather than chunky. Otherwise this soup is a fab addition to one's cold soup repertoire.
