Chickpeas with Swiss Chard and Yoghurt

OK, so not with chickpeas, but kidney beans, using was what was in the pantry. Still tasted good, especially with silver beet picked fresh from the garden. I had the oven on already to roast eggplant so decided to prepare this dish as it has roast carrots, which add an interesting sweetness. A simple, delicious dish.
