Chicken Marbella

A great main for a autumn evening. I forgot to marinate but Ottolenghi says it's OK to do baste as you go if this happens. Such an interesting mix of marinade ingredients including capers, dates & olives. It might have needed a little more time in the oven, wasn't quite "golden brown" - my mistake. Delicious with rice, baked tomatoes & a green salad.
