Pomegranates are in season so I decided to make this delicious cauliflower salad. It has both grated & roasted cauli, including the leaves. Such an interesting mix of onion, cauliflower, toasted pistachios plus bursts of tart pomegranate seeds along with a typical Ottolenghi mix of fresh herbs. Luckily they are all ready in the garden. Yummy. Looks great too. I served it with a roast chicken.
