Carrot Salad with Yoghurt and Cinnamon

My dish isn't as beautiful as the one in the book but it still looked & tasted good. Served with the Chicken with miso & lime as well as brown rice. I did include the creme fraiche indicated in the recipe which made the sauce very creamy. Next time I'll just use the yoghurt.
