Butterbeans with Muhammara

Quite easy to prepare, a new way to use both tinned beans and red peppers. Must admit, having a herb garden certainly helps with these Ottolenghi recipes. This one uses fresh thyme. Walnuts also add a delicious crunch. I'd serve this again with a variety of other mezze treats & some warm flat bread. Still tasted good 2 days later when we finished it for lunch.
