Brussels Sprouts with Burnt Butter & Black Garlic

I have never liked Brussels Sprouts. I am now a convert to having them roasted- so crispy & delicious. A little too much black garlic in the dish I made so I'd put in less next time. But a fabulous, interesting accompaniment to a meat dish. I served it with fish.
