Here's tonight's meal- Meatballs with Celeriac, Baked Rice & a green salad with a delicious dressing. These meatballs were very easy to prepare - 10 mins to make & they spent the rest of their time cooking on the stove top. I've never cooked with celeriac before- delicious. Typical Ottolenghi mix of spices in this dish- allspice, turmeric, fennel & smoked paprika make this a delicious autumnal treat.
