Ok, so confession time- I don't like anchovies so I left them out. Also I could not source samphire except as a plant ( which I now have growing in my garden so one day I might be able to make this dish authentically). In the meantime I offer you what is offered as a samphire alternative when googled- asparagus. What did I like about this dish? It was very quick & easy to prepare with interesting lemon, chilli, wine flavours, probably enhance by anchovies if you are a fan.
