A sure fire winner! I took this to a weekend away with friends & they all wanted the recipe when I told them how easy it was. Break up the biscuits, melt the chocolates, butter & golden syrup, add the rum soaked sultanas & nuts & then put it in the fridge to set. The pistachios give it a lovely green tinge. Delicious & certainly Simple!
